  • Some items ship from our UK stock; most are dispatched from Turkey, where they are handmade and stored.

  • Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address to avoid return charges.

Shipping Fees

Made-to-Order & Handmade Items

  • Handmade or custom orders may require 5-10 days for production.

  • We will contact you with the estimated delivery timeline after you place your order.

  • Shipping times begin after production is completed.

  • During busy periods or national holidays, slight delays may occur.
