Omnis Pura – Returns & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Omnis Pura, a women-led initiative committed to creating heirloom-quality.

We take great care in crafting and checking each item. Every piece is inspected at least three times before dispatch to ensure its quality and accuracy. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are happy to assist you within the framework of our policy.

🔄 Exchange Policy (Exceptionally Offered Only)

Please kindly note that we operate on a no refund policy. Exchanges are offered only in exceptional cases, depending on the nature of the issue and stock availability.

To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask you to make sure of your selection before purchasing.

If you believe you are eligible for an exchange:

1. You must contact us within 3 (three) business days of receiving your item(s) at ea@omnispura.co.uk.

2. Include your order number and clearly describe the issue. In case of a defect or size error, attach detailed photos of the item.

3. If approved, you may send the item back. Return shipping costs for exchanges must be covered by the customer.

We are always happy to support you with kindness and care where possible.

📩 How to Exchange Items

If an exchange is approved:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached.

• Use a trackable, insured shipping method—we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

• Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of your approval email.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the exchange will be processed within 5 business days, depending on stock availability.

⚠️ Important Notes

• We do not accept any returns or exchanges for items purchased through third-party retailers.

• Items returned without prior email notification, or after the allowed window, will not be accepted.

• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

• Items returned in unsuitable condition may be sent back to the customer without processing.
