The Global Challenge for Government Transparency: The Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 2030 Agenda

In 2015, 195 nations agreed with the United Nations that they can change the world for the better.

This will be accomplished by bringing together their respective governments, businesses, media, institutions of higher education, and local NGOs to improve the lives of the people in their country by the year 2030.

17 Goals for People, for Planet

The Sustainable Development Goals are a universal call to action to end poverty, protect the planet and improve the lives and prospects of everyone, everywhere. The 17 Goals were adopted by all UN Member States in 2015, as part of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, which set out a 15-year plan to achieve the Goals. The 17 sustainable development goals (SDGs) to transform our world:
